We're looking for motivated, energetic, and people-focused Managers in Training who are ready to develop their leadership skills and prepare for a future management position.

As a Manager in Training, you'll learn the ins and outs of car wash operations, customer service, sales, team leadership, and business management while working alongside experienced leaders. You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of the operation and develop the skills needed to advance into an Assistant Manager or Car Wash General Manager role.

Previous car wash experience is not required. We're looking for individuals with leadership potential, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow.

What You'll Learn & Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Learn how to lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Work alongside site leadership to create a positive and productive team environment.
• Assist with training new team members on customer service, sales, safety, and operational procedures.
• Learn how to set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Develop the leadership skills necessary to advance into management.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service and guest service.
• Learn how to effectively communicate wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Support the team in achieving sales and membership goals.
• Develop sales and customer engagement skills through hands-on experience.
• Assist with resolving guest questions and concerns.
• Learn how to build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Car Wash Operations

• Learn all positions and responsibilities within an express car wash.
• Assist with daily operations and help keep the location running safely and efficiently.
• Monitor wash quality and maintain company standards.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming location.
• Learn opening and closing procedures, staffing, and daily operational responsibilities.
• Assist with basic equipment and facility needs.
• Learn how to identify and communicate operational and equipment issues.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Business & Management Development

• Learn how to monitor and improve key location performance metrics.
• Gain experience with labor, sales, membership, and operational performance.
• Learn to use point-of-sale systems, company software, and other business technology.
• Work alongside management to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop the skills necessary to successfully operate and manage a high-volume customer-facing business.
