Key Objective of the Job:

Litigation and documentation monitoring for all businesses

Major Deliverables:

Close monitoring of high-stake litigation across all business verticals

Providing support, direction and guidance to the Litigation and Collection teams for devising litigation / collections strategy

Engaging and briefing advocates and senior counsel

Attending to complaints filed / proceedings initiated against the company and its officers

Specialized job competencies:

Strong litigation background and well versed with court procedure and practices across India

Experience in Arbitration

Experience in Collections

Experience in handling criminal proceedings

Leadership qualities and strong inter-personal skills

Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM

Desired Experience:

5 - 7 years’ experience with Banks / NBFCs on the Litigation and recoveries side

Computer literate in MS Office

Proficient in both spoken and written English

Should be open to new ideas and bring Best Practices to the organization

Other desired attributes:

Proactive and innovative approach in legal strategies

Location / s: Based at Mumbai (Handling Corporate Litigation)-Pan India.
