Manager, Listed Company Services
You will support ASX’s listed company proposition by delivering and improving issuer engagement programs, investor access initiatives and stakeholder relationships. You will work with issuers, investors and market intermediaries, develop partnerships, coordinate events and programs, mentor team members, and use data and feedback to improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver, administer and improve ASX Evolve programs and listed company offerings
- Promote ASX as a listing venue and help listed entities derive value from their listing
- Engage with founders, investors, executives, investor relations professionals and advisers
- Develop relationships with investment banks, brokers, accounting, legal and corporate advisory firms
- Represent ASX at conferences, issuer events and capital markets forums
- Identify and support external partnership opportunities
- Design and implement programs for listed entities and capital markets participants
- Support index, issuer engagement and customer experience initiatives
- Coordinate day-of-listing engagement for new issuers
- Mentor and supervise Listed Company Services team members
- Provide subject matter input on CRM, Salesforce, engagement tracking and process improvement projects
- Use data, market insights and stakeholder feedback to improve programs and customer experience
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in financial services, financial markets, investor relations, listed company services or a related capital markets environment
- Knowledge of financial markets, financial intermediaries and the role of an exchange
- Experience engaging with customers, listed entities, issuers or external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel-based data analysis and PowerPoint presentation development
- Organisational experience administering programs involving information management, promotion, event coordination and stakeholder liaison
- Experience with ASX-listed issuers
- Understanding of investor relations activities and practices
- Knowledge of equity capital markets and the ASX regulatory environment
- Experience supervising, coaching or mentoring staff
