Manager Market and Industry Solutions
You will provide expertise on futures proprietary trading operations and translate market intelligence into product, partner, and growth recommendations. You will support prop firm partners across their lifecycle, collaborate across functions, lead specialists, set priorities, coach direct reports, and report team KPI progress to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise on futures prop firm operations, business models, and market trends
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights
- Represent the organization in partner and market-facing engagements
- Advocate for partner and customer needs
- Translate market feedback into product, service, and partner recommendations
- Monitor opportunities and risks in the prop trading segment
- Provide product, positioning, workflow, and operational input for prop firms
- Support internal training and enablement
- Support prop firm partners through planning, design, launch, and operational optimization
- Collaborate with Business Development to shape partner solutions
- Contribute to market positioning, growth strategy, and ecosystem diversification
- Identify opportunities to strengthen product differentiation
- Hire, onboard, and manage market and industry solutions specialists
- Set team priorities and workload distribution
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Own team KPIs and report progress to leadership
Requirements
- 5–8 years of futures trading, proprietary trading firm, or related fintech experience
- Knowledge of prop firm business models, evaluation structures, and risk frameworks
- Cross-functional experience with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support
- B2B or B2B2C partner ecosystem familiarity
- Subject matter credibility with senior stakeholders

- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Experience building and leading a high-performing team
- Experience setting team goals, managing priorities, and communicating with senior stakeholders
