Manager, Metasearch

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! The Manager, Metasearch reports to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing Strategy and leads Hilton's metasearch program across Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor, Trivago, Kayak, Microsoft, and new AI travel search platforms. You will grow direct bookings, improve media efficiency, and protect Hilton's direct channel share.

You will join the Americas Media Acquisition team and partner with Commercial, Hotel Level Marketing, Planning & Performance, Analytics, Product, agencies, and publishers to drive performance and identify growth opportunities across the metasearch ecosystem.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead metasearch strategy, budgets, and performance across publishers, markets, and hotels.
  • Direct agencies and publishers on optimization, testing, budget shifts, and issue resolution.
  • Build and run tests across bidding, automation, audiences, occupancy signals, rates, and AI travel search.
  • Monitor rate parity, competitors, auction trends, and travel demand.
  • Use bookings, revenue, ROAS, CPA, direct channel share, and incrementality to evaluate performance.
  • Turn performance data into clear recommendations for leaders and partners.
  • Oversee reporting, campaign launches, budget pacing, quality checks, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate hotel onboarding and resolve issues involving rates, feeds, measurement, platforms, and participation.
  • Improve reporting, workflows, and campaign standards.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Commercial, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Hotel Level Marketing teams to align metasearch strategies with business objectives.
  • Work closely with Product, Digital, and Measurement teams to improve tracking, attribution, feed quality, and platform capabilities.
  • Lead relationships with media agencies, publishers, and technology partners to drive innovation and performance improvements.
  • Support hotel teams and regional stakeholders through performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and ongoing guidance.
  • Present business performance, testing results, opportunities, and risks to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • Performance against metasearch goals, including bookings, revenue, ROAS, CPA, and direct channel share.
  • Annual and quarterly strategy plans, forecasts, budgets, and investment recommendations.
  • Agency and publisher performance reviews, optimization roadmaps, and business recommendations.
  • Testing strategies and results across bidding, automation, audience targeting, and emerging AI travel search platforms.
  • Competitive analyses, auction trend monitoring, and market opportunity assessments.
  • Campaign launch readiness, operational excellence, and quality assurance standards.
  • Hotel onboarding success and resolution of feed, rate, tracking, and platform-related issues.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, ecommerce, or travel media.
  • Three (3) years managing metasearch or paid search campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Hotel Ads or another travel metasearch platform.
  • Experience managing media across multiple markets, locations, or business units.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and data reporting tools.
  • Experience presenting performance recommendations to senior leaders.
  • This is a hybrid role based in our corporate office in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA

It would be useful if you have:

  • Travel, hospitality, ecommerce, or multi-location business experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel rate feeds, rate parity, auctions, and distribution.
  • Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling.
  • Experience with automated bidding, feed-based media, occupancy signals, or AI optimization.
  • Experience improving campaign operations or reporting.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
