- Partner closely with US-based legal colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to align negotiation standards, playbooks, approval processes, contract governance, legal operations, AI-enabled workflow improvements, contract repository management, and risk-based commercial decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
- Undergraduate degree required; law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) preferred, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience drafting and negotiating technology, software licensing, cloud-hosted software, SaaS, and platform-as-a-service agreements.
- At least 3 years of people-management experience, including direct leadership of contracts professionals, with demonstrated success building, scaling, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing high-volume legal intake processes within Salesforce, a contract lifecycle management platform, or a similar system, together with strong commercial negotiation skills across enterprise software transactions, revenue models, risk assessment, and global contracting practices.
- Excellent drafting, communication, leadership, project-management, and organisational skills; experience working in-house for a global technology company strongly preferred. Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools is required, legal AI tools are a plus, and willingness to support US collaboration hours during onboarding is essential.
