Use campaign analytics and audience feedback to recommend tests and improvements. Validate agreed campaign requirements before launch and measure marketing results after implementation.

Recommend website and digital improvements based on audience needs and marketing results for consideration in the Director's prioritized Website / UX roadmap.
Measurement, Optimization and Decision Support
Maintain an integrated marketing performance dashboard aligned with agreed KPIs and the evaluation approach established with Audience & Evaluation.
Track campaign and channel performance, interpret results and translate data into specific optimization recommendations for spend, creative, audience, timing and channel mix.
Partner with Audience & Evaluation and Finance on attribution, verification and testing approaches that improve confidence in marketing investment decisions.
Coordinate A/B testing and creative or audience tests with the responsible functional teams; translate findings into campaign and channel improvements.
