General Purpose of Position:
Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Follow all SOPs, COPs, and cGMPs as directed |
|
2 |
Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations. |
|
3 |
Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. |
|
4 |
Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations. |
|
5 |
Oversees the shipping and receiving functions. |
|
6 |
Research and reconcile all shipping or receiving errors and discrepancies. |
|
7 |
Determines labor needs to meet production goals |
|
8 |
Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies |
|
9 |
Perform activities related to the QA release of product for distribution, including the handling of quality related issues that arise due to various circumstances, including returns |
|
10 |
Assist with various Quality Assurance activities focusing on product quality, project management, assisting with internal and external audits |
|
11 |
Develop, file and maintain quality related documents, per corporate document retention policy |
|
12 |
Performs other related duties as required |
