Manager, Plant Manager

Primary Purpose
Manages a plant section, aligns people, budgets, and maintenance plans, and drives cross‑functional initiatives that improve reliability and customer impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages a plant area or related sections and aligns people, budget, and maintenance plans to deliver results.
• Owns area key performance indicators and improvement programs for reliability and cost.
• Approves procedures, staffing plans, and qualifications for area operations.
• Leads outage planning and execution for the area, coordinating scope, schedule, and risk.
• Manages contractor performance, safety, and contract deliverables.
• Prepares and manages operating and capital budgets for the area.
• Ensures environmental and safety reporting is timely and accurate.
• Partners with system or market operations on availability commitments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
