This manager level consultant will also manage and supervise the delivery of supply chain consulting services and assist in development of new service </span></p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Contributing to the development and execution of the global strategy for the procurement consultancy practice</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Owning client relationships and satisfaction levels</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Leading team thinking and efforts to ensure project/program objectives are being achieved</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Developing and coaching team members</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Contributing to team understanding of client culture</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Program Manager/BD in efforts to expand client relationship</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Developing sourcing strategies & processes in line with clients’ business goals & policies</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Interfacing with client to understand their sourcing and procurement requirements</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Developing sound recommendations contributing to program objectives (cost savings, SLAs, Transformation, etc.)</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Leading sourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management and negotiations</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Creatively using data sources to develop fact-based recommendations and complex analyses</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Delivering presentations and communicating confidently with the client</span></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">REQUIREMENTS</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Must have management consulting experience in a consulting firm OR a combination of consultancy and industry experience</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Experience in at least one of the following categories: IT, Logistics or Facilities Management (FM) etc.</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Demonstrated leadership ability and Outstanding client management skills</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Business problem solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skills</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Excellent presentation skills and Business Development potential</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma, APEX etc., a PLUS</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Fluency in German, French language is a PLUS</span><p></p></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:14px;">Ability to travel 30% of the time </span></li></ul>
