We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Product & Engineering with 12-16 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL/Oracle, Rest, Azure/AWS/GCP, Rabbit MQ/IBM MQ/Kafka.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of new features and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient software systems.
- Ensure high-quality code and adhere to industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of supply chain and order management principles.
- Experience in BFSI/Banking/finance domain is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
