The Role:
The Manager, Product Marketing & Enablement is a role that connects our internal rollout strategies with the marketing of features to our customers. This role involves managing the Product Marketing, Product Enablement, and Dealer Engagement teams to create rollout, and communication, plans that inform and track rollouts of features from v10.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Product Enablement Managers to define and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and requirements based on upcoming features
Manage Product Marketing Managers to define marketing materials and needs for communicating new features to the dealer body
Manage the Dealer Engagement team to determine appropriate training events and channels to share the message created by the Product Marketing Managers
Collaborating with Dealer Engagement to create presentations for conferences, tradeshows, and events
Understand market issues by engaging with customers and PBS experts
Ensure software direction aligns with customer value
Build professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams across all company levels
Commit to continuous improvement of yourself, others, and PBS as an organization
Maintain a strong work ethic and pride in your work

Qualifications:
2+ years in a leadership role
1-2 years Previous Experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Action-oriented, multi-tasker who excels in a multi-project environment
Ability to embrace variety, structure, change and innovation
Works well both with a team and independently
