What began in 1988 as a humble family project in Dave and Marilyn Bradley's basement has evolved into one of the most influential players in the automotive software industry. In the early 1990s, they made a significant leap by acquiring DCI to integrate accounting capabilities, setting the stage for a truly all-in-one platform. They were the first to introduce a Windows-based Dealership Management System (DMS) to North America in 1995, a move that revolutionized how dealerships managed their operations.
