JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develops and implements structured training programs for Customer Service Representatives, Service Technicians, and Clinical Staff
- Educates non-sales team members on identifying patient needs and clinical indicators
- Trains teams on proper handoff protocols
- Provides ongoing education on service lines, payer requirements, and referral pathways
- Establishes standardized communication workflows and documentation expectations
- Reinforces compliance with regulatory, payer, and company guidelines
- Partners with Sales Leadership to align training with regional strategies
- Tracks referral leads, conversion rates, and handoff quality
- Conducts coaching and refresher training sessions
- Provides clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care
- Evaluates clinical performance and patient outcomes
- Identifies gaps in staffing and skill alignment
- Acts as liaison between sales, clinical teams, and operations
- Supports sales in meetings with hospitals, physicians, and payers
- Trains clinicians on managing leads and improving patient outcomes
- Supports workforce stability and engagement
