We're seeking a Manager of Regional Maintenance Facilities to oversee Maintenance, Life Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Emergency Response, and Grounds Operations across assigned locations. In this key leadership role, you'll collaborate with engineering, construction, and operational leaders to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and prepared to support outstanding patient care.
What You'll Do
- Lead maintenance and facility operations that keep our hospitals operating at their best.
- Manage capital projects, facility upgrades, and building system improvements from planning through completion.
- Drive regulatory compliance and life safety initiatives while maintaining accreditation readiness.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies and AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, digital documentation, emergency preparedness, and grounds operations.
- Collaborate with leaders across the health system to continuously improve facilities and share resources effectively.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Three or more years of hospital facilities, maintenance, or construction management experience preferred.
- Five or more years of engineering, maintenance, or construction leadership experience preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
