Manager Regulatory Engagement
You will maintain regulatory engagement governance and reporting processes, coordinate regulatory meetings and responses, track actions and information requests, support stakeholder relationships with regulators, and coordinate the annual Financial Stability Standards assessment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve Executive and Board briefing templates
- Maintain the Regulatory Coordination Panel meeting pack
- Record actions from regulatory meetings and requests for information
- Contribute to ELT, Board and CRO reports
- Develop and implement tools, templates, and processes
- Improve workflows and governance practices
- Review and enhance regulatory engagement frameworks
- Monitor and manage the Regulatory Engagement inbox
- Maintain the Regulatory Engagement Register
- Prepare regulatory meeting agendas, slide packs, pre-briefings, debriefings, notes, and action items
- Track regulatory meeting actions through completion
- Engage with regulatory agencies on priorities and concerns
- Build internal stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate the annual Financial Stability Standards assessment
Requirements
- Experience in regulatory engagement, regulatory affairs, or work within a regulatory authority or organisation
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of financial markets regulation
- Experience engaging with regulators in Australia or other international jurisdictions
