Manager - Reprocessing and Distribution Services

Position Overview

The Manager partners with Reprocessing and Distribution (RDS) leaders, to lead and coordinate functions in alignment with strategic priorities. The Manager has strong leadership, operational and process improvement capabilities. The primary focus of this position will be coordinating equipment and facility repairs/replacements by collaborating with partners in Facilities, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), vendors, and RDS work unit leaders. This position will be Rochester based, with the potential to provide support to other RDS work units in the Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) and/or Florida as needed.

Responsibilities

Vision and Strategy

• Lead and manage the team to operationalize the vision, executing goals and outcome-based objectives.
• Actively contribute to the development of priorities and action plans.
• Serve as a liaison between front-line supervisors and staff and leadership to ensure strategic alignment, staff engagement, and open, transparent, bidirectional communication.

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Operational experience must include demonstrated competency in leadership, management, operations, finance, communication, and change management methodologies.
