Manager, Retail Design & Fit-Out
Summary
Oversee retail and F&B tenancy design, reviewing submissions, coordinating approvals, and monitoring fit-out works to meet mall guidelines and standards.
Job Overview:
- Support the management of retail and F&B tenancy design across assigned properties.
- Work closely with tenants, designers, contractors and internal teams to ensure design submissions and fit-out works meet mall guidelines and design standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review tenant design submissions and provide design comments.
- Conduct design briefings and coordinate approvals.
- Monitor fit-out works and conduct site inspections.
- Support A&A / AEI and unit reconfiguration works.
- Prepare preliminary layouts and update tenancy design guidelines.
- Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, consultants and contractors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tenancy design, retail design or commercial fit-out.
- Mall, landlord or property management experience preferred.
- Familiar with retail and F&B renovation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
