Manager/Senior Manager, Partnerships Management and Capability Development (12-Months Temp Contract) [EWTD]

What The Role Is
You will be part of the Partnerships Management team, providing operational and administrative support for Anchor Programme Partners (APPs) under the Workforce Development Grant (WDG) and Career Conversion Programme (CCP) initiatives. This role is complementary to the existing team and focuses on operational coordination, data tracking, and documentation support.

What You Will be Working On
This includes:

1. Supporting accountmanagement for Anchor Programme Partners by maintaining regular touchpoints onoperational matters and helping to document and follow up on issues discussed.

2. Tracking andconsolidating performance data for Anchor Programme Partners under SkillsFuturefor Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) (WDG(JR+)) and CareerConversion Programmes and preparing reports for team’s review. This may includeassisting in dashboard creation, and the use of AI tools to improve theefficiency of data collation and analysis

3. Maintaining andupdating operational guides for anchor Programme Partners to ensure accuracyand relevance.

4. Acting as datacoordinator and liaison for relevant programmes, working closely with internaldivisions.

5. Assisting in theconsolidation and processing of administrative requests, including TechPasssetup and account configuration.

6. Supporting programme partnersin the upkeep of programme documentation and reporting, including followingthrough on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skillsand Competencies:

1. Programme Monitoring: Experience in tracking programme performancewith strong attention to detail.

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to analyse programme performance usingkey metrics, identify trends, and surface insights to support decision-making.

3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skillsto liaise with partners and prepare operational documents.

4. Coordination and Administration: Organised and meticulous in managingadministrative processes across multiple workstreams.

5. Problem-Solving: Proactivein identifying operational issues and working with relevant parties toimplement solutions.

6. AI Competency: Familiarity with AI toolsand technologies is a plus, with an ability to leverage them to enhanceoperational efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills:

 Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

 Prior experience in programme management or account management, preferably in a government agency (Ministry or Statutory Board).

 Knowledge of workforce development or human capital initiatives would be advantageous.

 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

 Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

 Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
