Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Manager to join our team. This role involves leading projects that support government and public institutions in achieving policy, operational, and digital transformation goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector dynamics and a passion for driving impact through strategic advisory and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage public sector consulting engagements from planning through execution.
* Provide strategic advice to government clients on policy, governance, and operational improvements.
* Design and implement public sector reform and digital transformation initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders.
* Support business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations.
* Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
