Manager Trainee (MT)

The Manager in Training program prepares motivated individuals to become branch managers within our company.

You will work alongside an experienced manager to learn branch operations, customer service, lending practices, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with loan applications and payments
• Learn branch operations and financial services procedures
• Help manage daily branch activities
• Work with customers to resolve account issues
• Support branch performance goals

Skills Required:

• Prior experience training others.

• Basic Computer Proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel between branches daily.
