Job Scope:

• Manage and oversee daily computer operations and network systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure systems operate smoothly.
• Troubleshoot computer, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage system access, user accounts, backups, and IT security.
• Coordinate maintenance and upgrading of IT equipment and systems.
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT records, documentation, and equipment inventory.
• Provide technical support to management and staff.
• Ensure company IT systems and network are secure and reliable.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
