- Developing and executing the company's business strategies and growth plans.
- Managing day-to-day operations of education and creative arts programmes.
- Establishing partnerships with educational institutions, arts organisations, and corporate clients.
- Leading business development initiatives in Singapore and overseas markets.
- Managing financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing programme design, curriculum development, and service quality.
- Supervising marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
- Managing recruitment, staff development, and organisational performance.
- Ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Identifying new market opportunities and expansion projects.
- Representing the company in business negotiations, industry events, and strategic collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Education, Business Administration, Management, Arts Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of management experience in education, training, arts, creative industries, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and business development capabilities.
- Experience in strategic planning and operational management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cross-border business development will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead a start-up business environment and drive organisational growth.
