Managing Director, Lender Finance Originations

Job Summary:
Responsible for the origination and structuring of transactions within Structured Lending including C&I financing facilities, warehouse lending and other complementary asset backed lending businesses. Directly involved with transaction sourcing, transaction modeling, client management, and coordination of all other related business activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Structures, negotiates and ensures loan transaction risk comply with internal bank parameters.
• Directly involved in transaction documentation.
• Manages the surveillance and portfolio credit monitoring process.
• Direct client relationship responsibilities.
• Direct coordination with internal business unit such as Credit and Operations. Performs other related duties as required.
• Custom model building and maintenance responsibilities for each assigned transaction.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Firm authority in a timely fashion.
• Performs other related duties as required.
