Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Residence Inn in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment through effective maintenance and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, logic controllers, and facilities maintenance practices. The Maintenance Technician will also be expected to provide excellent customer service while performing their duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and logic controllers.
• Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
