Manual Tester

We are seeking a Manual Tester to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai region. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure that all issues are resolved before the product is released to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements. - Perform thorough manual testing of applications to identify bugs and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and functionality. - Document test results and report defects in a clear and concise manner. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. - Assist in the development of testing strategies and methodologies. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of manual testing principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
