Minimum Qualifications

  • BS or above in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality control specifically for resin products.
  • Hands-on experience with plastic manufacturing and molding processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of mechanical quality and reliability concepts, and general manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with the development and evaluation of measurement systems.
  • Advanced failure analysis skills with a proven track record of diagnosing complex material and manufacturing defects to establish root cause.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (such as JMP) to evaluate process capabilities and drive data-backed decision making.
  • Strong understanding of problem-solving methodologies and tools, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and statistical analytical tools.
  • Experience developing process quality plans, conducting supplier quality audits, and driving corrective actions.
