Leadership & Core Responsibilities:

• Perform general machine shop housekeeping
• Wash manufactured parts according to standard operating procedures
• Perform finishing activities, such as deburring, on manufactured products
• Prepare parts for heat treatment by crimping or flaring to specification
• Collect machined components from accumulator tables
• Track job time accurately using barcoding or other methods to ensure quality, reduce costs, and improve productivity
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and regulatory requirements
• Support special projects, assignments, or initiatives as needed to assist manufacturing operations

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Some familiarity with computers
