Job description

Kelly is seeking a manufacturing technician to work at a manufacturing company in Medina, NY.

Pay rate: $22.65 / hr.

Hours: 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday
Overtime on Fridays as needed

What’s a typical day as a manufacturing technician? You’ll be:

  • Assembling small medical device components accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.
  • Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
  • Testing for quality as required.
  • Troubleshooting for problems when necessary.
  • Performing all adjustments, rework, and repairs as necessary.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
  • Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have some experience in assembly and soldering.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Have basic computer and scanning/data entry skills.
  • Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
  • Are able to read and write in English.
  • Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
  • Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
