Marine Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

Job Description:

· Develop sales opportunities and grow customer accounts across assigned territories.

· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.

· Manage sales activities, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

· Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

· Conduct customer visits and provide technical and commercial support.

· Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and participate in industry events.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical sales experience in marine or industrial equipment.
• Experience dealing with shipowners, ship managers, and shipyards across Southeast Asia.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
