- ROLE PURPOSE
The Marketing Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing activation initiatives that promote our pharmaceutical, healthcare & beauty products. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement plans that engage healthcare professionals and patients effectively.

Marketing activation management

Campaign Strategy Development:

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing activation strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patients, in alignment with brand objectives and compliance regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign development.
Execution and Management:

- Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, including workshops, conferences, digital marketing, and point-of-care initiatives, visibilities, activation program, and key stakeholder partnership development
- Build KOL pool and gain endorsement for Stada products.
- Being the key touch point in communicating with relevant medical associations
- Collaborate with sales teams to support field activities and ensure activation strategies resonate with the target audience.
Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure all marketing activations adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals for promotional materials and campaigns.
Performance Analysis:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and budget allocations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work in tandem with product management, sales, medical affairs, and digital teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of activation strategies.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign outreach.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
