Marketing and Outreach Lead
Quest Corporation of America, Inc. (Quest) seeks a proven, experienced Marketing and Outreach Lead. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and possess strong project management skills.
DESCRIPTION: As Marketing and Outreach Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts that support program goals, strengthen stakeholder participation, and increase program visibility. This role serves as a key point of coordination for campaign development, content creation, social media, outreach events, community-facing communications, and partner engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic communications, marketing campaigns, content development, outreach planning, and event coordination. This individual should be a strategic thinker, strong project manager, and collaborative communicator with experience supporting public or private organizations. The role requires strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate program goals into clear, engaging, audience-focused content and outreach experiences. This is an in-office position in Fort Lauderdale.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, community engagement activities, promotional efforts, and special projects.
- Develop, edit, and distribute communications materials, including newsletters, email communications, presentations, flyers, fact sheets, toolkits, social media content, and website updates.
- Lead the development of print, digital, web, social media, multimedia, and collateral materials for campaigns and ongoing initiatives.
- Create and edit basic short-form video content for social media, including trimming footage, adding text or captions, incorporating basic transitions, and preparing content for platform-specific use.
- Manage marketing calendars, content schedules, project timelines, deliverables, and campaign deadlines.
- Ensure communications and outreach materials are accurate, accessible, current, and consistent with organizational messaging and brand standards.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs, project objectives, target audiences, budgets, timelines, background information, and deliverables.
- Work closely with web, technology, creative, and multimedia teams to integrate branding, graphics, copy, video, and campaign concepts. Provide clear creative and visual feedback throughout development.
- Research industry trends, audience insights, emerging platforms, creative inspiration relevant to client needs and campaign objectives.
- Plan and coordinate outreach events, presentations, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement activities.
- Develop event timelines and logistical plans. Coordinate registration, venues, materials, schedules, participant communications, and other event needs.
- Ensure outreach initiatives align with program goals, target audiences, messaging strategies, and engagement objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison for regional partners, community organizations, stakeholders, and partner agencies. Provide support with outreach planning, scheduling, logistics, communications, and resource coordination.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, participation, and program visibility.
- Support partner recruitment, participation tracking, follow-up communications, and distribution of program information and resources.
- Maintain outreach materials, engagement toolkits, presentations, fact sheets, and related resources. Coordinate updates and inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with program staff and subject matter experts to translate technical or program information into clear, engaging, audience-focused communications.
- Track outreach activities, event participation, stakeholder engagement, marketing performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Compile and organize data to support reporting, program evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation highlighting campaign performance, outreach outcomes, engagement trends, and program impact.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach events, partner interactions, communications, and engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen marketing efforts, outreach processes, partner engagement, content performance, and event effectiveness.
- Take ownership of new requests, evolving priorities, and special projects. Identify opportunities to add value to client and team objectives.
- Support special projects and additional program activities as assigned.
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in advertising, marketing, journalism, or communications, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in robust marketing, multi-media planning/buying, and creative services.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with client deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields preferred, but the experience will be considered; state agency experience is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to, web, social, and emerging technologies.
- Proven leadership experience in managing projects and clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other third-party platforms such as Monday.com software/applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.
- Passionate marketing and communications while keeping up with industry trends.
- Ability to produce results independently, as well as collaboratively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and overall commitment to quality.
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients.
- Ability to see other people's points of view and collaboratively discuss solutions.
- Proficient in all phases of the product design process, including conception, development, implementation, and production.
- Able to give and take direction from clients and distill them into compelling marketing strategies and messages.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism and collaborate professionally in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.
- Prepared to lead from the trenches, actively participating “hands-on” while also managing the deliverables from other divisions on behalf of clients.
- Experience with conversion and direct response-type campaigns and funnels.
- Familiarity with social listening, content distribution management, and measurement tools.
- Talent for understanding, simplifying, and effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences.

- Familiarity with digital communications, including websites, social media, signage, direct mail campaigns, and graphic design.
- Strong experience with program budgeting, strategic business planning, reporting processes, and requirements.
