Marketing Automation Specialist

Manage the full lifecycle of multilingual marketing and operational campaigns, from concept and setup through QA, localization, delivery, analysis, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting. Build campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, use AI tools and basic HTML, coordinate with stakeholders, and improve campaign processes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing and operational campaigns
• Own the end-to-end campaign process, including content, design coordination, segmentation, development, localization, QA, delivery, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Build, test, and deploy email and notification campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and basic HTML
• Use in-house AI tools, including Codex, to generate campaign concepts, strategies, target audiences, and code
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, design, and regional stakeholders
• Manage multilingual campaigns and ensure accurate localization and delivery
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Launch high-priority, real-time campaigns based on market events or product launches
• Identify process and tooling issues and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Around 1+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing operations, or a technical or analytical environment
• Basic HTML and CSS skills for emails
• Strong interest in AI tools
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Adaptability in dynamic environments
• Time management under pressure
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous but not required
• Experience building internal AI tools, automations, agents, GPTs, or AI-assisted workflows is advantageous
• Basic programming experience, computer science education, and financial markets or fintech experience are advantageous
