Marketing & Communications (3-Month Contract)

Salary: Up to $3,300 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm / 9:00am – 6:30pm
Location: Jurong East
Contract Duration: 3 months (12-week initial contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of brand health reports, including data consolidation and coordination of reporting timelines.

• Assist in planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

• Coordinate brand activations, including logistics arrangements, vendor liaison and post-event reporting.

• Assist in organising brand workshops, including preparation of materials, scheduling and follow-up.

• Support management presentations and engagement activities through preparation of presentation decks and consolidation of information.

• Provide administrative and operational support for daily marketing and communications activities.

• Manage marketing collateral inventory, including stocktaking, procurement administration, purchase orders and invoice tracking.

• Maintain proper documentation and provide general administrative support for marketing initiatives.

• Undertake other ad hoc marketing and communications duties as required.
