Marketing & Communications Director
Overview
The Marketing & Communications Director helps tell the story of what God is doing through Lifepoint Church. This role leads the strategy, execution, and ongoing development of Lifepoint's marketing and communications efforts, creating clear, compelling, and consistent communication that helps point people to life in Jesus.
This leader supports both internal and external communications by helping promote ministries, events, and initiatives through digital, print, social media, email, web, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Lead and manage internal and external church communications.
- Oversee Studio C, Lifepoint's internal digital communication platform, ensuring clear, timely, and engaging communication with everyone who calls Lifepoint home.
- Create compelling communication for ministries, events, and church-wide initiatives.
- Oversee email communications, announcements, website updates, and digital content.
- Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Marketing
- Develop promotional strategies for ministries, events, and church-wide campaigns.
- Partner with ministry leaders to create effective marketing plans and timelines.
- Help increase awareness and engagement through digital and print marketing.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and communication remains clear and intentional.
Creative & Design
- Design graphics for print, digital, social media, and weekend experiences.
- Coordinate promotional materials including banners, signage, apparel, handouts, and branded items.
- Protect and strengthen Lifepoint's visual identity and brand standards.
- Assist with photography and video projects as needed.
Project Leadership
- Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
- Partner with ministry leaders to understand communication needs and provide creative solutions.
- Develop communication plans that effectively leverage Studio C and other communication channels.
- Organize project timelines and production schedules.
- Ensure every project is completed with excellence.

Experience
- Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and similar creative platforms.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Photography or video experience is a plus.
- Church communications experience is preferred but not required.
