Marketing/Communications Intern - Summer 2027

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to support a variety of marketing, communication, and business development initiatives that help support the goals of Ruan.

Duties and responsibilities of this position include:

1. Utilize digital tactics, such as email marketing, social media campaigns, industry specific media buying, and other digital channels to help drive awareness to Ruan's open driver positions.
2. Assist with the development and distribution of internal and external communications, including employee newsletters, company announcements, presentations, social media content, and other corporate messaging materials.
3. Perform market research on competitors and develop compelling messaging and content for advertisements, recruiting campaigns, social media, ruan.com, and other external channels.
4. Create and execute email marketing campaigns using internal tools to promote Ruan's open positions.
5. Research and collaborate with internal partners to understand Ruan's services and translate that knowledge into effective recruiting and employer brand communications.
6. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, special projects, and company or volunteer events through content creation, project coordination, event planning, and communications support.
7. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
