The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing communications, content and digital channels, with the ability to produce content, run campaigns, manage creative suppliers and coordinate marketing operations in support of business development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Work with product, engineering and leadership to translate complex counter-drone technology into clear, credible content that meets defense industry compliance, operational security and brand standards.

Analytics and reporting - Track engagement, website traffic, content and newsletter performance; report results and apply findings to the next cycle.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in marketing communications, content marketing or digital marketing at a B2B technology company. Direct experience in the defense, aerospace or a highly regulated B2G tech sector is strongly preferred.
  • Native English writing ability, with the capacity to translate technical subject matter into clear, credible content for a professional audience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a multi-channel content calendar, including organic social, audience building and new channels launching. Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns, from creative through production, distribution and reporting.
  • Working proficiency with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) and an email marketing platform (e.g., HubSpot). Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Working proficiency in design tools for lightweight asset production. Fluent in leveraging AI tools for content, image, and video workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, deadlines and dependencies without supervision in a fast-paced, global environment. Comfortable with the administrative side of marketing: suppliers, quotes, purchase orders and production schedules.
  • Proven management of external suppliers and agencies: briefing, feedback, timeline control.
