Your Role

Campaign & Marketing Coordination

• Support the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities and materials.
• Manage project timelines, follow up on action items and keep campaigns progressing according to schedule.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and campaign performance updates.
• Support email marketing activities including campaign setup, testing, scheduling and monitoring.

Creative & Content Support

• Develop and adapt marketing materials such as social media visuals, email banners and presentation templates based on established brand guidelines.
• Make basic creative updates including image resizing, layout adjustments and content editing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content and creative assets align with campaign objectives and brand standards.

Events & Marketing Operations

• Provide coordination support for marketing events, webinars and campaigns.
• Assist with event preparation, registration, materials coordination and post-event follow-ups.
• Support procurement activities such as quotation requests, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc marketing projects when required.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
