Director of Marketing:
We are seeking a creative and organized, director of marketing who will implement positive marketing initiatives for our growing company. Ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead a team of marketers to success. Director of marketing applicants must have extensive experience in sales and marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives
- Educate marketing team on brand identity
- Lead business development, advertising campaigns and pricing strategies
- Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
- Oversee social media marketing platforms
- Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
- Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
- Direct and oversee all design and advertising ventures
- Create and adhere to marketing budgets
- Train, and manage marketing team, including performance reviews
- Present frequent progress reports to executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
- Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
- Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
- A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
Salary fixed 100000 INR
Bonus 50000 INR range
