We are seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to support the delivery of targeted marketing, business development and client engagement activities in our Dartford office, helping to drive pipeline growth and strengthen relationships across the firm.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines CRM management, campaign delivery, event coordination and prospect engagement. Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, the role will play a key part in identifying opportunities, supporting business development initiatives and ensuring marketing activity is aligned to the firm's strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality CRM data, developing targeted campaigns, coordinating impactful events and supporting the proposal process. They will bring creativity, strong organisational skills and commercial awareness to their work, helping to translate marketing strategy into measurable results while delivering an excellent experience for prospects, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring prospect and client data is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
  • Build prospect segmentation and targeted lists to support campaign and business development activity.

  • Monitor and manage Partners' shadow portfolios of prospect activity, keeping records current and flagging follow-up actions.
  • Work with Partners to prioritise target accounts in line with the firm's Marketing strategy.
  • Act as the daily link between Partners and prospects, supporting client and prospect engagement.
  • Plan and deliver events, including networking events, breakfast briefings, hospitality and digital events such as webinars.
  • Run prospect outreach campaigns and manage timely, structured follow-up.
  • Coordinate and support the proposal process, working with Partners and fee-earners to pull together compelling submissions.
  • Bring creative flair and strong market understanding to campaigns and events, ensuring high engagement and strong attendance.
  • Previous experience in a marketing, ideally within professional services or a similarly relationship driven environment.
  • Practical experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) for segmentation, campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Experience planning and delivering events, from small breakfast briefings to larger hospitality or digital events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with Partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to run several campaigns and events at once.
  • A creative, ideas driven approach, with good commercial and market awareness.
