Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive (B2B) $3.8K - $4.6K + VB + AWS (MNC near Lavender MRT) 5 Days

Key Duties

• Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end, measured on lead volume, conversion rate and revenue contribution
• Generate and qualify sales leads through digital campaigns, EDM, webinars, trade shows and direct outreach
• Research target industries — Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, Electric Vehicle — to size market potential and prioritise segments
• Maintain and grow the in-house CRM database, including data integrity, segmentation and new contact acquisition
• Engage prospects and customers directly by phone, email and site visits to recommend solutions
• Build reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to surface sales potential and track campaign ROI
• Partner with the Sales team on promotional planning, sales enablement materials and campaign follow-up
• Support sales administrative processes using Microsoft 365, SAP and in-house systems
• Review campaign results objectively, identify the root cause behind outcomes and apply improvements to the next cycle

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline
• 3 to 6 years of Marketing Experience; B2B, Industrial or Technology Marketing preferred
• Proven track record in lead generation, campaign execution and marketing analytics
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and dashboard building
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is an advantage
• Hands-on CRM experience such as Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot or equivalent
• Leadership potential — able to set direction, guide priorities and drive execution independently
• Meticulous, data-driven and proactive
• Strong service mindset, able to anticipate what internal and external stakeholders need
