  • Manage digital marketing channels: Oversee the hotel's presence across Hilton-branded websites and marketing platforms, ensuring content remains engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
  • Identify market opportunities: Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and evaluate target audiences to uncover new opportunities for growth and guest engagement
  • Lead promotional and event marketing activities: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for hotel events, promotions, product launches, and special initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments to maximize impact
  • Support public relations and communications: Execute PR strategies that celebrate hotel achievements, promote key offerings, manage media inquiries, and strengthen the hotel's position within the local market
  • Collaborate across hotel teams: Partner closely with operational and commercial departments to identify business needs, develop targeted marketing solutions, and ensure successful execution of campaigns and events
  • Manage marketing resources effectively: Oversee marketing budgets, track campaign performance, maintain key stakeholder databases, and produce reporting that measures results and supports future decision-making
