Marketing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an annual brand communication strategy to enhance brand awareness in both the industry and consumer sectors.
2. Continuously conduct market research, grasp the dynamics, channel changes, and consumer demand trends of competitors (such as Zeiss, Essilo, Lorient, Nikon, etc.), and provide strategic recommendations.
3. Responsible for marketing planning of precision products, leading the launch of new products, coordinating promotional materials, props, and event planning; Collaborate with sales, product, and training teams to ensure orderly promotion of market launch; Manage product lifecycle marketing and provide market input for product iteration.
4. Plan and execute dealer training sessions, industry exhibitions, terminal promotions, and other activities to promote sales growth through volume; Develop sales empowerment tools such as sales props, product sales cards, and case collections.
5. Responsible for the annual budget preparation and control of the marketing department, ensuring the maximization of resource input and output; Manage suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, advertising, media, optometry, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of market related work experience, including at least 2 years of experience as a marketing specialist; Experience in the fields of optometry, eyewear, medical equipment, and high-end consumer goods is preferred.
3. Fluent in English as a working language; I have market work experience in top tier lens brands such as Zeiss, Essilo, Lorient, and Nikon.
4. Have complete experience in exhibition planning, dealer conferences, and professional training sessions; Be familiar with the content marketing methods of Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, B Station and other platforms.
5. Able to withstand pressure and accept business trips.
