The Role

Your role As an Intern at Kyndryl, your journey will start with immersive learning programs focused on building a core set of business and technical skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our clients. While gaining exposure to day-to-day operations, the skills that you’ll learn will be required for the development of cutting-edge products and services for our clients. This internship sits at the intersection of marketing, Data and artificial intelligence. The intern will explore how emerging technology can improve marketing effectiveness, connect data from multiple sources and create more one unified view of customer/account in data.

Required Skills and Capabilities

• Design thinking, critical reasoning and algorithmic or logical thinking.

• Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment responsibly.

• Ability to understand a business problem before proposing a technology solution.

• Strong English comprehension, communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore practical opportunities to execute data solution for different marketing use cases

• Translate business and marketing challenges into structured Data use cases.
• A prioritized set of AI/Data use cases for the agreed marketing challenge.

• Present findings, recommendation covering value, dependencies, risks and suggested next steps.

Who You Are

• MBA/PGDM specialization in Marketing/Marketing Analytics/Marketing Data

• Exposure to generative AI, technology-led transformation.

• Marketing Technology & Marketing Data Fundamentals

• SQL & Data Analytics Fundamentals.
