Masseur

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Masseur / Massage Therapist to provide professional massage treatments that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance customers' overall well-being. The ideal candidate should possess excellent massage techniques, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other approved massage therapies.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness packages.
• Ensure customers receive a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience throughout each treatment session.
• Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, and equipment before each appointment.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards.
• Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and wellness services.
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

• Certificate in Massage Therapy or a related qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Masseur or Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Work Environment

• Spa, wellness centre, massage establishment, hotel spa, or therapy centre.
• Customer-facing and hands-on treatment role.
