Master Full-Stack Developer (AI, BI & Digital Product Improvement)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Master Full-Stack Developer (AI, BI & Digital Product Improvement) based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role combining full-stack development, business intelligence, and advanced AI capabilities.
You will work across an existing digital platform, contributing to both product evolution and technical improvements.
A primary focus will be the end-to-end development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
You will also contribute to frontend and backend enhancements, UX improvements, and cloud-based integrations.
The role offers significant exposure to modern AI development, including evaluation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection.
You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, challenging assumptions and shaping innovative digital solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports and dashboards, owning the end-to-end delivery and ensuring reliable, actionable data visualization.
• Support an existing web platform through targeted fixes, system enhancements, UX improvements, and self-contained product epics.
• Contribute to frontend development using TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query, and Material UI (MUI), with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Work with MySQL 8 and contribute to data-related integrations and application functionality.
• Support cloud-based solutions and infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Docker, and Firebase Authentication.
• Design and implement more complex cloud integrations, including solutions supporting real-time collaboration and cross-platform functionality.
• Act as a hands-on technical specialist in advanced AI solutions, going beyond basic LLM-powered chat experiences.
• Perform AI lifecycle activities such as model evaluation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model selection, and iterative deployment.
• Participate in the ideation, experimentation, and development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for emerging AI use cases.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital products, processes, architecture, and user experiences.
• Serve as a technical thought partner by challenging assumptions, evaluating solution trade-offs, and helping shape the future direction of digital products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong track record of delivering complete and successful software projects.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, including how enterprise components interact and integrate across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and external services.
• Mandatory professional experience with Power BI, including the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
• Strong technical proficiency across the Java/React/GCP ecosystem, with the ability to work comfortably across the full technology stack.
• Experience with TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query, and Material UI (MUI).
• Experience with Java 17, Spring Boot 3, and MySQL 8.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, particularly Cloud Run, App Engine, and Cloud SQL, as well as Docker and Firebase Authentication.
• Previous hands-on experience with AI/ML projects that progressed beyond experimentation or prototyping into structured evaluation and iterative deployment.
• Practical knowledge of AI development techniques such as evaluations, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the curiosity to understand end-to-end processes rather than focusing only on isolated development tasks.
• UX sensitivity and user empathy, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into intuitive digital experiences.
• Proactive and strategic mindset, comfortable challenging technical assumptions and contributing ideas beyond assigned requirements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with technical and business stakeholders.
