Material Controller
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, material requisitions, and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and traceability as per ADNOC and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and construction teams for material availability and distribution.
- Monitor material storage conditions and preservation requirements (coating, wrapping, shelf life, etc.).
- Issue materials to construction teams based on approved material request forms (MRF).
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and report shortages, damages, or non-conforming materials.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC material control procedures and project specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for material delivery schedules.
- Maintain material status reports, stock reports, and tracking logs.
- Support project close-out and material reconciliation activities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in material control, warehouse, or logistics in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
- Experience working on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of material management processes, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with construction materials including piping, mechanical, electrical, and civil materials.
- Good understanding of material traceability and preservation requirements in Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
