Position Summary

The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods within the warehouse environment. This role supports production and logistics operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Accurately label, store, and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished goods for internal production use or outbound shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits as required.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and material traceability requirements.
• Ensure all materials are handled in compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety guidelines.
• Support cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Logistics.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
