Throughout the Gardner family’s ownership of Superior Trim, we have made, and continue to make, significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in-house and available to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles that our customers expect.
Superior Trim Formed Products is looking for a driven candidate to join our team as a materials manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing suppliers, controlling inventory, and coordinating in-bound logistics.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create Supplier Releases
- Manage Inbound Logistics
- Supplier Scorecards
- Inventory Management
- Lead materials cost savings initiatives
- Continuous Materials Improvement
An ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing materials, purchasing, or logistics
- Associates degree, bachelor's degree preferred, in business, supply chain, or related field
- Experience managing suppliers and negotiating pricing
