Mechanical / Project Engineer (ACMV)
We are looking for Mechanical / Project Engineers (ACMV) to support the execution and delivery of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage ACMV project installation works
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings and technical submissions
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and other M&E trades
- Perform relevant ACMV calculations and equipment sizing
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover
- Monitor site progress and ensure works meet project requirements
Requirements
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in ACMV / HVAC construction projects is preferred
- Knowledge of AHU, FCU, ducting and chilled-water systems will be advantageous
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Mandarin-speaking ability is advantageous for coordination with Mandarin-speaking project stakeholders
